I found exactly what I needed, and it was actually in stock, which was super nice. Shipping was really fast too, so the whole thing was easy

"They’ve got a decent selection of keyboard parts..."
They’ve got a decent selection of keyboard parts. I found a few things I was looking for, which was nice. Switches, bits and pieces, that kind of stuff. But then a couple of items I actually needed were out of stock. Kind of disappointing. Still a good shop overall, just wish they kept more on hand.

"Sounds Great and Feels Even Better"
I’ve used a few boards before that looked nice but had that annoying ping or felt a little harsh to type on, so I was really happy with this one. It came out sounding really nice, a bit more thocky than I expected. The typing feel is smooth and kind of soft in a good way. I’ve been using it every day and I’m super happy with it so far.

"Pretty good, but not totally blown away!!!"
I grabbed a keycap set from CannonKeys it’s okay!!! The colors look really nice in person, but I noticed a few of the legends seem a little off, and some keys feel slightly different texture-wise!!! It’s not a bad set by any means, I just expected it to feel a bit more consistent for the price!!!

I ordered some switches from CannonKeys, and while most of them were fine, a few felt noticeably scratchy. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but for the price I expected better consistency. It kind of made me lose some trust in the quality control, so I’m not sure I’d feel as confident ordering switches from them again.

I ordered from CannonKeys to Europe and, like with all international shipping, I was expecting something to go wrong at some point. But it was totally fine. Tracking kept updating, the package arrived in good condition, and everything was packed properly. Customs sat on it for a few days, but that’s just how customs always is, so I don’t blame them for that. Overall it was an easy order and I’d definitely buy from them again

I ordered from CannonKeys and the tracking was straightforward. It was easy to check in and see where the package was without having to dig around too much.

The updates came through whenever it moved, and I could see when it was out for delivery, which was nice. It ended up showing up right on the day it was expected.
Everything was packed well enough, and nothing was missing when I opened the box. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I’d probably order from them again.

One of the parts had a small issue after my order arrived, and I felt kind of trapped at first, like I might be stuck dealing with it on my own. I emailed Cannon Keys support and it did take a little while to hear back, but once they responded they were really nice and got everything sorted without making it a headache. Not the fastest support ever, but they handled it well and I’d still order from them again.

Well... the photos matched for the most part, but the render made the colors look a little cleaner than they did in person. It’s not bad or anything, just slightly off from what I expected.

Cannon Keys really feels involved in the keyboard community. They are not just there to sell things. I see them answering questions and sharing updates. They also seem to listen to feedback. That makes me feel a lot better about buying from them

I had to send back a kit and I was sort of expecting it to be a whole annoying thing, but it wasn’t really. Support got back to me quick, and the refund came through after a few days, like they said it would. So yeah, not much drama there. It was simple overall, which was nice.

My first impression of cannonkeys.com was solid. The site loaded quickly, everything looked clean, and I could tell right away I wasn’t going to be stuck digging around just to find what I needed.
The menus were easy to follow, and the product pages had clear photos and options that were simple to choose from. Adding things to my cart and checking out felt straightforward too, with no random confusion or surprises popping up.

Overall, it was just a smooth experience. I really appreciate when a keyboard site feels easy from the start, and this one gave me that impression right away and kept it going

I ordered a preorder from CannonKeys and the updates have been good so far. They’re not sending something every single week, but it’s been enough to feel like I know what’s going on and when timelines change. I do wish some of the dates were a little clearer, especially since preorders aren’t exactly cheap and I like knowing what I’m paying for and when to expect it. Overall though, it feels like they’re handling it well. 4 stars from me

"Nice keycaps, but I don’t know why the finish was off"
I like these keycaps overall and they look good once they’re on the keyboard. I don’t know why, but the finish on a few of them had some small imperfections that I noticed right away. Not a huge deal, but for the price I was hoping they’d be a little cleaner.
